You agree to use PakDukaan.com website (the “Website”) only for purposes that are permitted by this Policy & Agreement and any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions. You agree that you will not access or attempt to access the Website other than through the interface that is provided by PakDukaan.com, unless you have specifically been permitted to do so in a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative of PakDukaan.com. You specifically agree not to access or attempt to access the Website, or any portion thereof, through any automated means, including but not limited to the use of scripts or web crawlers. You agree that you will not engage in any activity that disrupts or otherwise interferes with the Website (or the servers and networks which are connected to the Website). You agree that you will not duplicate, reproduce, copy, sell, trade or resell the Website for any purpose. You agree that you are solely responsible for any breach of your obligations under this Policy & Agreement and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which the Website may suffer) of any such breach.

Export Left Overs Shoe Defects.

None of the shoes we ship out have major faults.

PRICING & AVAILABILITY

Although the Website sources products from verified & authentic suppliers, the lack of technical infrastructure in Pakistan prevents real time update of stocks and prices. The Website is updated regularly to stay up to date with the latest prices and availability, in some cases, the pricing and/or availability of a product/s may not be accurate.

Some products may be showing as ‘In Stock’ but they might not be available or their price might be different from what is being displayed on the Website. I

If an order is placed for such a product that does not have updated price and/or availability, we at PakDukaan.com try our best to provide updated prices or suggest alternatives to our customers. If you, our customer agree to the alternative product and/or price, your order will be processed, however if you are not satisfied with the alternate item or price, your order will be cancelled.

Placing an order on the Website does not guarantee that it will be processed at the price or time-frame mentioned during the checkout process. The Website is not liable for any inconveniences, damages, delays caused by unfulfilled orders.

DELIVERY

We currently offer four different methods of delivery, excluding In-Store pickup (Lahore only). Our shipping partners are Leopards Courier, M&P Logistics and Daewoo Cargo Service.

We offer C.O.D services for most products at all eligible locations across Pakistan. In certain cases we may require partial pre-payment even for C.O.D orders to prevent abuse of the service. Rates are dependent upon the value of the product.

 

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

If you receive an item that does not match the specifications mentioned on the website, it may be returned for a full refund within 7 days after receiving.

Consumable items (e.g. thermal paste) are non-refundable. All other items must be unopened, undamaged, and unused to be eligible for return.

No returns after 7 days.

If your order appears to be physically damaged upon delivery, you have the right to refuse delivery. If however your item is physically damaged after delivery and you only discovered that after opening the package, you must report it to us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) for it to be eligible for return. You must provide picture evidence of the damage and the condition the packaging was received in. If you do not contact us within 24 hours of delivery, it will considered to be damaged due to improper use or mishandling and will not be eligible for return or refund.

*Delivery fee is non-refundable and return shipping is at customers expense and risk. The Website is not liable for any items lost or damaged during the return process.

RESTOCKING FEE

A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returns for refund. All items to be returned must be in their original unused condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No refunds after 7 days of delivery to customer.
